Do you think this should be implemented?
New Recruiting Procedure Idea...

I would like to propose the following:
Since not all members use the forum:
If a person wishes to join the legion along with the already in place rules add to it they need to be voted in. LOH has had a similar process for awhile and seems to work well for them.
EXAMPLE:
JoeShmoe wants to join WOC..he agrees to the 3m entry fee...he fits the legion guidelines....BUT you never heard of him...is he a scammer? is he a KSer? is he cool? is he a prick? etc....Sooo if people in ranked positions (Leader, LeadersSpouse, Deputies, HonorDeputies, General and HonorGeneral - just examples can be different i thought perhaps those who have recruit power) put their heads together and discuss who can or cannot be admitted in.
I suggest this after i have seen so many not read the forum and invite unwanted people into our home....this frustrates me since people refuse to admit "hey sorry i didnt know" and boot them but drags out into battles of words with the more well known people in the legion.
I thank all who look at this for hearing me out...now what do you think? Please explain your vote and if you think something(s) should be added or changed

well i dont understand so well , but i think a person with a recruit position should know the rules and know who is banned from legion, so they shouldn't say ''srry i dont know'' cus if they have da power to recruit they should be responsable of knowing the legion rules too.

got no idea u probaly found out that i havent been online myself for hell long

What doesnt work? If u read up on legion update... It CLEARLY written which people has to be consulted before any recruits are made... Sadly not all of our GENERALS and DEPUTIES reads the rules understands it, barely understands english as well... But I am sure than All that is appointed Deputies and Generals go through me before they recruit people in, except for the few exemptions like Jin3ok/Violet coz these guys either dont understand ENGLISH well or just HARD HEADED....
Recruited people that I wasnt aware of... gets questioned who recruited them and gets screened anyway... I do not boot them without talkin to them first and finding out further if they qualify to be in legion or not... If they fail to reply or meet our requirements then they get the boot... If in the event these people had already made their GOLD donation I will be glad to give them back their money to make it fair for them...
You guys can keep an eye on the recruits that has been made on a daily basis, which most of u do anyways, and inform the people assigned to screen/recruit. Thank u.
This is the least of our problems... But thank u for bringing this to our attention

u dont agree with all rule's and said that alot in public which is stupid and make ppl have lack at the rules
